Week 4

Spiritual - What was your favourite conference talk? Reread it and share.

Mental - Can you explain what the following terms are to someone who doesn't know? Conjunction, preposition, compound word, interjection, pronoun.

Physical - check your water intake and make sure that you are drinking at least a litre a day get it down pat this week we are going to up it by 1/2 litre for the next two weeks.

    Okay I Dont have a favorite talk, but i do have a favorite Mormon Message!! Its about Enjoying the little moments. It reminds me to not make big deals out of things and to enjoy the little moments in life.
