Introduction

I have a strong desire to align myself closer to the Word of Wisdom and to continue to drawer closer to The Lord but with greater purpose and focus.

To achieve our eternal destiny, we will desire and work for the qualities required to become an eternal being.... Desires dictate our priorities, priorities shape our choices, and choices determine our actions. The desires we act on determine our changing, our achieving, and our becoming. (2011 April General Conference, Desire, Sat. Afternoon Session - Dallin H. Oaks)

So this is what we came up with, it is all inspiration you see so I can't take the credit. It is a week by week challenge to get yourself spiritual focused, mentally exercised and physically healthy. Each week I will post something for each area;

Spiritually - I will be using the Spirit as a guide to include material to read each week, it probably will be no longer than a conference talk and often it will be just that. But hopefully by doing this together we can comment on the blog and share meaningful experiences and thoughts. I may also include some challenges to help bring about change or create positive habits.

Mentally - You may not find this section as much fun some weeks and others will probably suit you well. I hope to have links or I may type up some myself, brain teasers and tests from various subjects.

Physically - Sometimes it will be removing something from your diet or life, it may be adding a new challenge or expanding on a previous week.

I am blogging this as my own experience and sharing it for the purpose including my family. I don't mind if anyone else is included but this is only for fun and sharing positives. I feel strongly about helping others however if you are undertaking this challenge in a home with others remember that it a personal choice how to join in and I am very against pushing others or guilt tripping etc. so encourage and motivate each other. Find ways to get inspired, be open and honest, as you would all be aware I won't be holding back, lets support each other in growing in body mind and spirit.
