Preparation

I will post the weeks challenge on a Saturday night and each week will commence on the Sunday. As far as the physical challenge element is concerned you take one day off each week, the rest of the time you adhere to all requirements.

If you come in late, review the previous weeks or the updates so you can start where everyone else is up to or start from week one and work through separately.

This is starting on the October long weekend. I suggest all who can fast, i.e. pregnant sisters can't(or maybe there will be a baby or two by then) so breast feeding mums can't, include in your fast and prayers this new direction you are undertaking, ask for help in the areas that you need whether it be desire, commitment, focus, self belief etc.
