Week 1

Mental - think about the times table that you were worst at, this week practice it until you can recall it out of sequence. Put which number you choose in the comments.

Physical - this week is about awareness. Take time to think about what you are eating each day, don't change anything, but consider how you treat your body. Are you fuelling yourself and respecting your body as the gift of God that it is or do you yield to the natural man and put whatever you "feel" like into it without much thought. I'm somewhere in the middle, well kinda middle closer to feel, anyway. I suggest keep a food diary so you can really see what's going on. 

Side Note: try not to make excuses, it is easier to say (this is me, if you can relate its coincidental) - well both my sisters went into labour the same day and it got really hectic so it is not a true reflection of how I eat. Life is always busy and if you eat worse when your busy just make a note, it will be useful to know later.

  2. Well this week was awesome! I found that I actually wasnt eating the best that I could, and that I really needed to exercise! Thanks to emma's trick i was able to learn my 9s! I cant wait for next week!

  3. So I did my 7s which aren't perfect yet but are much better, and I have found that the talk had a lot more that can be applied across the board.
